Beautiful people of Oakland! Today we start our Summer campaign: 500 Strong. We'll show you that the work we do at Programmers Guild only takes a village to make a HUGE impact!
For the Guild, part of our mission is to show this city that what we do doesn't require a billion dollars and digital dreams. A LOT can be done by the first 500 supporters from our local community, with small or large contributions. The first 500 are special, and while it doesn't stop there we see it as a symbolic and impactful message:
It takes a village to do this ...and ONLY a village. You are enough. We are enough.
