Outreach and Program Developer
Administrative | Contract to Hire, $55/hr (negotiable)
We are seeking someone with experience. You'll be responsible for community outreach and using those connections to develop relationships and programs in Oakland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community focused social work, outreach, program development, and relationship management.

- Proven experience with community outeach and program development
- Strong administrative skills, especially reporting and documentation
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Build and foster partner relationships
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments for improvement
Instructor Assistant
Instructor | Contract, $55/hr (negotiable)
We're looking for software developers to assist in our training workshops. The Instructor Assistant is a part-time role, where you'll interact with learners during active training sessions. You'll help answer their questions, pair program with them and support the Instructors during training. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to local projects as you work with Apprentices.
You'll be required to attend training sessions twice weekly and/or 20 hours each month. Training is conducted Monday-Thursdays between 9 am and 3 pm. All members of our team have high impact developing and delivering training programs.

- No less than 2 years experience in active role as a Software Developer
